3. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order
• Orders may be cancelled if product is unavailable
• Promotional prices are valid for limited periods only

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery services within Cambodia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability.

• Standard delivery: 3-7 business days within Phnom Penh
• Provincial delivery: 7-14 business days
• Large items (desks, chairs) may require scheduled delivery
• Free delivery for orders over $100 within Phnom Penh

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned

6. Product Warranty

Our products come with manufacturer warranties:

• Sit-stand desks: 3-year warranty on frame, 1-year on motor
• Ergonomic chairs: 2-year warranty
• Accessories: 1-year warranty

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

• Cash on delivery (within Phnom Penh only)
• Mobile payment (ABA Pay, Wing)

8. Limitation of Liability

Modi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
